Have you heard this term before?
Self Limiting Beliefs.
I hear them in the office all the time…
“I’m a mess”
“I’ll never lose weight”
“I don’t think I’ll be able to do _____ ever again”
These are all examples of Self Limiting Beliefs.
Take a look at the words in Self Limiting Beliefs.
Take a moment and read the definitions slowly word by word.
Now think to yourself if you have any Self Limiting Beliefs.
Write them down.
Now cross them out individually. Get weird with it. Really scribble them out. Grab a different color marker if you want.
Feel good?
You’ve just empowered yourself.
Keep the momentum going…
“I’m a work in progress. I continue to develop myself.”
“I am currently losing weight. I have a plan and I stick to it.”
“I am doing _____ again. I participate at a level of my current capabilities and damn it feels good to be back at it!”
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” Henry Ford
Stay well!
