Here is a recipe that’s not from my kitchen or Sam’s kitchen. Today we have a recipe from Sue’s kitchen! This is a healthy, tasty, and quick recipe you can bring to Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:

15 Medjool dates

1 Cup raw pecan halves

1/2 Cup gluten free organic oats

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Blend dates in food processor until chopped.

Add remaining ingredients and process to a crumbly dough.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and roll dough out flat.

Cut into desired shape and size.*

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

*Try using fun cutout shapes for kids to enjoy.
