This list is what I use to maintain my health. Everything below is extraordinarily valuable for my mental, emotional, and physical well being.
When I was in the hospital waiting to be discharged with our newborn Charlie, I didn’t get to use any of these fixes, tips, & tricks.
I was negatively impacted in only 2 days.
As soon as I got back to practicing these 10 habits, I felt so much better.
Take a look and consider adding them to your routine.
1) Daily Mediation Ranging 3-10 Minutes Long
2) Listening to The Power of Now on Audible Every Day – Minimum 5 Minutes
3) Exercising with X3 Bar 4-6 Days A Week
4) Taking My Daily Supplements
5) Getting Quality Sleep Every Night for 8 Hours
6) Intermittent Fasting For At Least 16 Hours Daily
7) Stretching 4 – 6 Days A Week
8) Walking / Hiking 2 Days A Week
9) Phone – Always On Mute Except Under Specific Circumstances & Putting It Down After 7PM
10) Drinking At Least 100 Ounces Of Water A Day
