My wife has done it again!

She is obsessed with pasta – it doesn’t matter what kind of pasta; she loves it all.

She is however married to a chiropractor who tells her she can’t just eat pasta all the time. 🤠

“Samantha, look at these ingredients…it’s all processed cr*p!”

So, the resourceful woman she is, she is always on the lookout for healthier alternatives to her favorite foods. One of these foods is mac and cheese.

Well she has discovered a brand called Goodles.

They make a healthier version of boxed mac and cheese. In addition, they have twists on the typical “blue box” mac and cheese. For example they make a cacio e pepe, an asiago and parmesan, and just released a truffle version.

Goodles is really just a protein packed, high fiber, and nutrient dense product. You can look at their graphs comparing themselves to other name brands by clicking here.

The food label is impressive. There’s a bunch of vitamins and minerals present from the real food ingredients. In essence, this is not a fortified food product where they just add vitamins and minerals to the processed ingredients.

If you’re going to indulge in a convenience food like mac and cheese, I suggest trying Goodles. I’ve had the Cheddy Mac (original) and the cacio e pepe one (called Mover and Shaker) and they are very tasty. It’ll satisfy the craving without the guilt.

Goodles also has a vegan version of their mac and cheese.

You can buy them online, but my wife gets them at her favorite store – Target.

Their website says you can also buy Goodles at Whole Foods, but frankly I don’t even know where the closest Whole Foods is.
