It’s time for another recipe!
This is incredibly easy to make and makes for a healthy dessert.
Recipes like this help you realize you can still have something sweet without loading your body up with unhealthy stuff.
You only need three ingredients!
2 ripe bananas, broken into 2 or 3 pieces
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa or carob powder
1 tablespoon raw tahini*
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S blade and process until smooth.
You may need to stop occasionally to scrape the bowl of the processor with a rubber spatula.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
