Based on loads of research, I planned on sharing the benefits of a practice I do daily.
I whipped out my notepad and started jotting down my notes.
I gave up.
As I kept scrolling through these benefits, I realized this email would be way too long.
So instead I decided to link to the publication here.
I even got smart and made sure that link scrolls to the benefits.
What am I talking about? I guess you didn’t click the link. That’s okay! 😀
I’m talking about meditation. If you look at all those benefits, it’s truly mind boggling.
If you don’t currently meditate, I highly recommend doing so.
The best part?
You don’t need to do it for very long.
Just be sure to do it daily – even if it is only for 5 minutes.
Wear headphones if you need to.
Feel free to explore YouTube or apps that offer guided meditation.
You don’t even need to pay for this.
Consider adding phrases like “for anxiety” “for sleep” “for a busy mind” in your search query when looking up “guided meditation”.
Give it a try for at least a week.
You’ll be glad you did!
